It is a toss up whether to recommend Lokey Kia or not. If you deal with the salesman, Wolf, they I dealt with or the Sales Manager Lance, I would say yes. However, their finance department came across as the worst I have ever dealt with my entire life. I practically got up to walk out once the deal was over as the finance guy yelled if you don’t like it, go somewhere else and by the car. I started to walk way until the Sales Manager stepped in and did the paperwork for this unprofessional individual. I also did not back out because the Salesman Wolf worked with me over several weeks. All I can say is this financial guy would cause me to never come back again or recommend to not only Lokey Kia, but Kia as a whole. More
