When we did the finance paperwork with Pernell, all was good until we turned down the service package and he made a snide comment, ‘I guess if you have the money, you might as well waste it’. Dan and Pernell are AMAZING! I was so nervous about buying a car. I was anxious about the possibility of encountering pushy salespeople or being persuaded to get something I didn’ I was so nervous about buying a car. I was anxious about the possibility of encountering pushy salespeople or being persuaded to get something I didn’t really want. My fears were totally unnecessary! Dan Miller was the first/only salesperson to approach us (after looking around the lot for a good 20 minutes). From the start it was like talking to an old friend. I felt like I could trust him. He really listened to what I wanted and what my goal was. I never once felt pressured! I found a car pretty quickly, and it wasn’t one I intended to even test drive (I did a LOT of research beforehand). Dan was patient when I had a momentary freak-out and thought I was making the wrong decision. He talked me through it and showed me other cars and gave me his honest opinion. I honestly can’t thank Dan enough for how amazing and real he was with both me and my husband. He is amazing at his job. And then we got to Pernell!!! I’m pretty sure my husband and Pernell are best friends now. The most intimidating part, the money part, was made so much easier because Pernell was so fun and easy to talk to. I would 100% recommend Lokey Kia to anyone! And especially Dan and Pernell. They took a situation that caused me a ton of anxiety and actually made it fun!! Thank you!!!!!! More
