Overall was pleasant Although there is always the impossible chasm between what is originally ptesented as terms they are good about playing the game of barter.. And with this being our second new car purchase with Robert I'm certain that he expected our pushback. We left last time after 4 plus hours of barter. This visit only took 5.5 hours start to finish. Maybe my next go round will only take 3 hours LOL. All things considered, Robert and I think Ryan was his name actually did listen and did work with us to get what we wanted. I think everyone was satified in the end although we might have stuck it out for a slightly better deal. I'm happy. 'Nuf said. More
