We weren't concerned as we intended to pay the balance in full. Pernell stated we would have to keep the loan for 3 months before pre-paying the balance owed without penalty. Final contract stated 6 months. Dealership has never returned numerous phone calls since purchase. More

My cat was released to me without the lug nuts on the wheel being installed. It could have resulted in a very bad accident. I spoke to Bo about the issue. I also had to purchase new hardware for the pieces that were not installed. I felt for the safety issue I would have been reimbursed immediately as well as maybe the tire repair being refunded. Still have yet to see how this plays out since it was left for when I return. For my next oil change. More
