I had a very good experience at Curtiss Ryan. The finance guy, Marcin, was very helpful and made the process easy. The salesman, Julian, was also good as well. Make sure the car is fully detailed before you leave if you are buying a used/certified car. My only gripe is that my car was not as they weren’t aware I was picking up the car, but I had the deposit on it and was in the process of financing so it should’ve started the process as soon as I started signing the paperwork with Marcin. There was a stain left on the ceiling and it was not vacuumed well. I didn’t dock a star for this as I am sure if I went back, or had been more thorough in checking, they would have fixed it but I didn’t want to go back once I realized. ****UPDATE**** 7/26 Thank you Linda for responding to this review. I did go back to have the car detailed. The visor also needed to get fixed. The entire process was smooth and very easy. Thank you to the whole team at Curtiss Ryan! I love my car! More

I had a deposit on a new vehicle coming in. I asked him to keep me in mind if something else becomes available sooner. Sure enough he reached out when something else popped up and we were able to close earlier on a nearly identical car. Perry was easy to reach and able to communicate with text which made it easy for me. The only thing easier was the financing and registering the car. I met with the finance guy for 10 minutes, no hard sell. Then picked up the car next day. Highly recommend. More
