Usually the service here is good but this visit wasn’t up to par. The main problem was getting checked in. I arrived for my appointment eight minutes early and was able to pull right into a service lane. Th to par. The main problem was getting checked in. After wait 18 minutes Pete noticed that no one had checked me in. It took exactly two hours to get my oil and filter changed. More
