There is a herd of people around the service center. Good luck getting anyone's attention. Happened the last two times which should tell us to go somewhere else. Drop off, stand there and wonder if they even luck getting anyone's attention. Happened the last two times which should tell us to go somewhere else. Our chin holder mask person was helpful enough after the asst mgr mentioned twice he'd help us. Doesn't appear to know how to read the appointment on his screen that said exactly what the car was being dropped off for though. More

Recommended alignment , that was done at last oil change. I don’t think I have ever gotten out without paying for JUST an oil change. Makes me want to go to Speedy Oil Change. Usually the service here is good but this visit wasn’t up to par. The main problem was getting checked in. I arrived for my appointment eight minutes early and was able to pull right into a service lane. Th to par. The main problem was getting checked in. I arrived for my appointment eight minutes early and was able to pull right into a service lane. There were not many customers but everyone seemed to be on their phone or looking at a monitor. After wait 18 minutes Pete noticed that no one had checked me in. It took exactly two hours to get my oil and filter changed. More
