I'm a local guy. I grew up in West Chester and live here still. After graduating from Penn State, I stumbled into the car business. I was really open to any type of job, and I saw that Otto's BMW was hiring. I knew from growing up in the area that Otto's was a well respected local business, so I applied and was hired. After working for BMW for three and a half years, Otto's offered me the opportunity to sell MINIs, which I accepted. I love the whole mindset behind the brand... a premium car that still leaves a lot of room for fun. I've owned a 2014 Cooper 2 Door, a 2014 Countryman, 2017 Clubman, 2019 Clubman, and I'm currently driving a 2023 Cooper S 2 Door. I really pride myself in being friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable. In my mind, the old school days of car selling are over. I strive to make it a fun and engaging experience, which is what I would want if I were buying a car myself.

I don't live locally but I found the specific car I wanted at Otto's and worked with Pete Barcus to purchase the vehicle. I've bought a number of cars in the past 10 years and this was the easiest exp wanted at Otto's and worked with Pete Barcus to purchase the vehicle. I've bought a number of cars in the past 10 years and this was the easiest experience. We did all the paperwork prep ahead of time so I didn't waste any time sitting around when I when to go pick up the car. Great experience. More

This dealership is perfect, selling a fantastic product, with a friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive staff every step of the way. During this strange uncertainty of buying a car in a high demand, low supply, “post” pandemic world… Otto’s Mini made the experience simple, fast, and enjoyable. Pete Barcus deserves an extra shoutout as he is by far the best sales associate in the industry and absolutely deserves a raise and a promotion. I’ve bought cars from GM to Ford to BMW. I’ve came into contact with many different salesman and dealership staff over the years. From SUV’s to supercars. I can confidentially say that Pete and Otto’s Mini provided the best experience to date. This isn’t my first Mini, and it certainly won’t be my last. More

Pete was really patient with my busy schedule but got me an appointment on the books within just a couple days of reaching out.
