I'm a local guy. I grew up in West Chester and live here still. After graduating from Penn State, I stumbled into the car business. I was really open to any type of job, and I saw that Otto's BMW was hiring. I knew from growing up in the area that Otto's was a well respected local business, so I applied and was hired. After working for BMW for three and a half years, Otto's offered me the opportunity to sell MINIs, which I accepted. I love the whole mindset behind the brand... a premium car that still leaves a lot of room for fun. I've owned a 2014 Cooper 2 Door, a 2014 Countryman, 2017 Clubman, 2019 Clubman, and I'm currently driving a 2023 Cooper S 2 Door. I really pride myself in being friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable. In my mind, the old school days of car selling are over. I strive to make it a fun and engaging experience, which is what I would want if I were buying a car myself.

Second Mini from Otto's and I will be back! This is my second Mini from Otto's and both times were great experiences! The staff are all incredibly nice. The service department is state of the art and very helpful. I have leased both cars and it has been an incredibly easy transaction both times. Friends have told me horror stories about turning in leased cars at other Mini dealers! That doesn't happen at Otto's! Pete Barcus has helped me both times and went over all of my options with me so I had a range of choices. I never felt pressured about my decision and working with Pete is just a really pleasant experience. I don't live close to Otto's but it is definitely worth the trip! I will be back for my next Mini! More

Test Drive OVER NIGHT!! Otto's mini was excellent when it came to working with my wife and I. We were very indecisive, so it took us a bit of time to figure out what kind of Otto's mini was excellent when it came to working with my wife and I. We were very indecisive, so it took us a bit of time to figure out what kind of car we were interested in buying. After a test drive, Chad let us take a vehicle overnight so we could get a better feel for how it drove. That did it for us. Having a car overnight allowed us to test the lights, feel the experience of its power and see how the car would fit into our daily life, really helped make our decision. More

This is my third Mini Cooper and I iwanted a four door so I could take my granddaughters to places and not have to borrow my daughter's large SUV. When you get used to driving a Mini - it becomes part of your DNA. Some people are "Can Do" kind of people and that is Pete. He does not presssure you - he just let's it all unfold. I regretted that decision, and came into my current deal prepared to take a serious loss, but Pete took excellent care of me. Chad Carey and Pete made it very clear that they wanted me back as a customer, and structured a deal that benefits all of us. Buy from Otto's Recently purchased a new 2018 Mini Cooper from Pete Barcus at Otto's. I have to say, the experience could not have been more pleasant, everyone at the Recently purchased a new 2018 Mini Cooper from Pete Barcus at Otto's. I have to say, the experience could not have been more pleasant, everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly. From my initial phone inquiry, Pete answered all of our questions throughout the process and spent the time to go over all of the features of the car during delivery. The overall appearance of the dealership was impressive as well, very neat and clean throughout! Thanks again for a great experience! We love our new Mini and Otto's!!! More
