The service department is state of the art and very helpful. I have leased both cars and it has been an incredibly easy transaction both times. Friends have told me horror stories about turning in leased cars at other Mini dealers! That doesn't happen at Otto's! Pete Barcus has helped me both times and went over all of my options with me so I had a range of choices. I never felt pressured about my decision and working with Pete is just a really pleasant experience. I don't live close to Otto's but it is definitely worth the trip! I will be back for my next Mini! More

We were very indecisive, so it took us a bit of time to figure out what kind of Otto's mini was excellent when it came to working with my wife and I. After a test drive, Chad let us take a vehicle overnight so we could get a better feel for how it drove. That did it for us. Having a car overnight allowed us to test the lights, feel the experience of its power and see how the car would fit into our daily life, really helped make our decision. More
