I'm a local guy. I grew up in West Chester and live here still. After graduating from Penn State, I stumbled into the car business. I was really open to any type of job, and I saw that Otto's BMW was hiring. I knew from growing up in the area that Otto's was a well respected local business, so I applied and was hired. After working for BMW for three and a half years, Otto's offered me the opportunity to sell MINIs, which I accepted. I love the whole mindset behind the brand... a premium car that still leaves a lot of room for fun. I've owned a 2014 Cooper 2 Door, a 2014 Countryman, 2017 Clubman, 2019 Clubman, and I'm currently driving a 2023 Cooper S 2 Door. I really pride myself in being friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable. In my mind, the old school days of car selling are over. I strive to make it a fun and engaging experience, which is what I would want if I were buying a car myself.

Great service at Otto's, as always I just purchased my third MINI after a brief, ill-advised time stepping away from the brand for something else. I regretted that decision, and came into my current deal prepared to take a serious loss, but Pete took excellent care of me. Chad Carey and Pete made it very clear that they wanted me back as a customer, and structured a deal that benefits all of us. Pete and Chad both worked with me on specs for my new vehicle, and Dave walked me through all of the paperwork at purchase. I am THRILLED to return to the Otto's family! Amy Hudak More

Buy from Otto's Recently purchased a new 2018 Mini Cooper from Pete Barcus at Otto's. I have to say, the experience could not have been more pleasant, everyone at the Recently purchased a new 2018 Mini Cooper from Pete Barcus at Otto's. I have to say, the experience could not have been more pleasant, everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly. From my initial phone inquiry, Pete answered all of our questions throughout the process and spent the time to go over all of the features of the car during delivery. The overall appearance of the dealership was impressive as well, very neat and clean throughout! Thanks again for a great experience! We love our new Mini and Otto's!!! More

Finally bought a MINI! I worked with Pete when I bought a MINI Countryman. From the moment I walked into Otto’s, I felt welcome and there was no pressure at all. I told Pete I worked with Pete when I bought a MINI Countryman. From the moment I walked into Otto’s, I felt welcome and there was no pressure at all. I told Pete what I was interested in and that’s what he showed me. Again, no pressure. The whole experience was great and I’m having a blast with my car.
