I had been searching for a specific vehicle 2019 Ford Expedition Max. I came across one on Fermans website that seemed too good to be true. But it was everything they said and more. The vehicle was immaculate our salesperson Angela was outstanding! Not aggressive or obnoxious like all to many used car salespersons. She was completely honest, helpful and gave us space and time to inspect the truck discuss it amongst ourselves and simply said “If your interested, I’ll get the keys for a test drive” The truck looked better than I could have hoped for. The mileage for a CPO vehicle was extremely low and the price was right in line with KBB pricing. It was actually less than similar vehicles with triple the mileage. We jumped at it. Financing was very pleasant and faster than most. We got an incredibly low interest rate and we left with a new vehicle in about 3hrs start to finish (including test drive). The entire process was actually a pleasure and we drove away very happy that we were treated well and got a great vehicle at a great deal. When the time comes for another vehicle for the family Ferman will be my 1st stop and Angela Haroon will be my go to salesperson. More

We saw angela the other day, called her this am, said we were on our way back! She is enthusiastic, energetic, and I believe really cares about what the client wants. Infact, she took my car back to detailing to get it resolved,bc she knew I wasn't having my new car NOT COMPLETED the way I wanted it..(which was bug free.. Pretty normal request) I could've been out an hour early IF it had been done correctly the first time. But Isaiah did it right for me. His carrying attitude that I saw today, and his pride behind his work was evident. Angela, Isaiah, and Pete,(who finished the finances for me) were all on point. The 3 downsides: the detail with not done right 1st time, fact that Angela had to leave us, to TAKE car to GET detailed, and look lastly, no coffee, or snack machines in used car area. For the amount of people, clients and employees, one would think out of convenience alone to get a machine in there 🤷‍♀️. Anyway GREAT JOB TO THOSE 3!!! LOVE MY NEW 🚗 CAR.. See you in 10 years!!
