My superhero salesman Ray (on Bartow Rd) is amazing. He listened and made sure I walked out with a car, even with a not so great credit and 1k downpayment. Still can't believe I have a car! A total waste of time and credit inquiry. VERY unhappy with the way Jordan handled my experience. i was already approved at another dealership in the area for A MDX however, Regal had the one with the fea with the way Jordan handled my experience. i was already approved at another dealership in the area for A MDX however, Regal had the one with the features i was looking for, so I inquired about it and go approved for the MDX with now Regal and when i went in to test drive it and to look over the numbers. because i told Jordan and Kelsey where i needed to be as far as my payments and that i didn't want to waste my time if they couldn't make it happen. well long story short it was a complete waste of time and Jordan did absolutely NOTHING to work the numbers so that i could get the payments where i needed them. I had to get a hold of him the next day to see if he was able to do anything. and he had the nerves to tell me oh that car sold right after you left. all this time I'm thinking he was working with the managers on the numbers because it wasn't like they were too far off. really pissed i wasted my time and the hard credit hit. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH REGAL. and will pass the word on to everyone i know. More
