I am writing this review to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received after purchasing a Certified Pre-Owned 2020 Hyundai Kona from your dealership. While the buying process itself was smooth, the events that followed have left me extremely disappointed with your dealership's professionalism and integrity. Firstly, after paying for the vehicle in full, I had to wait almost a week to receive the title. This long delay was not communicated to me at the time of purchase, and the lack of transparency is concerning. As a customer, I expected that all necessary documentation would be provided promptly, especially after full payment had been made. Secondly, I was assured that a second key for the vehicle would be provided. I made an appointment with Carlos, the salesperson who handled my purchase, and he gave me a specific time and date to come in for the key. However, when I arrived at the dealership as scheduled, I was informed by Kenner that he had no knowledge of my appointment or the key arrangement. This lack of communication within your team not only wasted my time but also further eroded my confidence in your dealership. I am deeply disappointed by the unprofessionalism and apparent dishonesty I encountered after the purchase was finalized. As a customer, I expect a higher standard of service from a reputable dealership like City World Hyundai, especially when dealing with a certified pre-owned vehicle. I hope that this review will bring these issues to the attention of upper management and prompt corrective actions to ensure that future customers do not experience the same frustrations. I would appreciate a prompt resolution to the matter of the second key as well as the vehicle's mats (which were missing at the time of the purchase) and any explanation or compensation for the delays and inconvenience I have experienced. More

I understand that this is a business but all these folks are interested in is squeezing every penny out of you. You should really consider a warranty it's bumper-to-bumper coverage.... A few mins later oh you should also get the protection plan for the rims... if your rims break they will cost you $700 (lie). All in all both warranties would have cost 7k. No Thanks, I just paid cash for a used vehicle I am not shelling out extra money to protect my rims when I can find them online for a better price and still not spend all that money to replace all four rims if needed. More

MUST READ REVIEW! !! For the most part, car dealerships are awful these days, especially when you’re in the market for a pre-owned vehicle. There’s little to no transp !! For the most part, car dealerships are awful these days, especially when you’re in the market for a pre-owned vehicle. There’s little to no transparency when it comes to price, they stack fees upon fees, and dealers often just about force you into financing just so they can hide all of the above into an ‘affordable’ monthly payment that benefits no one but the finance manager. BUT NOT AT CITY WORLD HYNDAI! I walked in the door to see a car that found online with low mileage and an attractive price tag, was greeted by Diana seconds later who ended up assisting me on the transaction, and literally drove out with the car, detailed, registered, and plated, in a little under two hours. For anyone who’s ever gone to a dealership before, this is almost unheard of! There was NO xx, no dealer fees, no forceful financing tactics, no gimmicks, no games—nothing. I knew exactly what I wanted, how I wanted it done, and in the timeframe I needed it done by, and she delivered. She was on point, polite, quick, efficient, and knew the process inside and out - 5 stars - I’d add more if I was able! If you’re looking for a seamless, enjoyable car buying experience, I strongly suggest that you go see Diana at City World Hyundai on Boston Road.
