This is my 2nd Honda Odyssey from Wilde East Towne Honda. This experience was even quicker and easier than the 1st time. They have been keeping an eye out for the perfect time for me to upgrade and they found it. John and Peter were both very personable, easy to work with, and got it in order quickly. I wish I had worked with John the first time I leased a vehicle at Wilde! John went through everything with me and had my odyssey all programed to my satisfaction before I left. I drove a way in a brand new Odyssey with a great price. More

Mixed bag of thoughts I had probably the most outstanding experience from the sales side with Mike Wills....probably have bought 30 + vehicles in the past from various deal I had probably the most outstanding experience from the sales side with Mike Wills....probably have bought 30 + vehicles in the past from various dealers and without a doubt Mike Wills is by far the most outstanding and accommodating salesman i've ever encountered. 5 Star salesman...on the other hand service dept. was subpar to say the least. They didn't perform a thorough inspection on the used vehicle i purchased like they claimed. Got the vehicle home only to find a stuck cd in the radio (they knew about this and did nothing to resolve it before re-selling) and also a non-working hazard flasher button. Both problems were tied together so Mike Wills came to my work the next day and picked up the vehicle and brought it back to the dealer for inspection. I was told the next day they were ordering a part but couldn't have it shipped overnight or priority and it would be 4 days...On Monday was told they ordered the wrong part and i'd have another wait for the next part which is when i found out they were looking for a used part to stick in my vehicle. Couple days later the second used part showed up was but was too beat up to install in my vehicle...dealer finally ordered a new part 2 days later....it took 10 days to resolve something that never should've hit the lot before being addressed in the first place. Again, Mike Wills has got to be this dealers best salesman...ask for him and find out for yourself. More

It was a busy day, but he didn't rush through anything. He made sure I knew the features the Odyssey had and that it wasn't missing something we were looking for in our first minivan. I expected this to be a big sales pitch and a push to buy now, but it was anything but a pushy sales job. He genuinely wanted me to find the right vehicle and made sure I was 100% satisfied with the entire process. I dreaded shopping/purchasing a new vehicle, but I actually enjoyed working with Jamie and everyone at Wilde. I highly recommend Eric, Jamie and Wilde East Towne Honda. More

They actually offered to take the car into their shop and have their technicians look at it to see what was wrong with it. They went out of their way to help us out when they did not need to. We ended up taking the vehicle back to the other dealership and came back to Wilde and purchased from them. More

Conor was very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and easy to talk to. Salesmen are usually not my favorite kind of people, but unlike some, he seemed very genuine. He worked hard, on a very busy day, to get me the car I needed at a price I was happy with, all in just a few hours. Peter was also very helpful and friendly and was quick and efficient at getting the financial part done. Everyone we met was extremely friendly and made the whole process enjoyable. More
