Great experience buying a car from Samir I have bought dozens of cars and never have I had an experience close to the exceptional service that Samir provided. Car buying can be a harrowing experience for even the most seasoned shopper. Wilde East made it a hassle free and, dare i say, pleasurable experience. They have a large selection to choose from and they even have an off site lot that stores an even wider selection so finding your perfect color or fit isn't an issue. The facility is large, with a lot of natural light and is clean which a lot of dealerships look like a toddler had its way with it but not the case here. All of the staff was very helpful and professional. I had driven many different makes and models of vehicles and was just not impressed. when I came to this dealership I knew Hondas were great and reliable vehicles but still had planned on putting it off until next year even though my current vehicle sounded like it was dying a slow death. I got to work with Shae and he showed interest and enthusiasm from the start without being pushy at all. It felt just like a couple of guys out driving cars, not a salesmen. He reviewed my wants, needs and concerns and by the end of the time i spent with him it felt like i had just spent time with someone i had known for years and the trust factor was there. He placed me into the vehicle that was right for me and i had decided it was the right time after my experience. They were even able to not only give me a fantastic deal on my new car but they also paid off my old loan on my old car that had 103,000 miles on it and then bought the vehicle. Needless to say I walked away very satisfied and i would definitely recommend coming here. More

Found a nissan rogue, and a Santa Fe at wilde Honda that me and the wife wanted to test drive...when we got there Jermey Martian asked what we where look at, we told him the rogue he said "np. Just a moment I will pull it up front .. he was gone for less then 2 mins .. and had the car up front for us.. he handed me the key and said.. (and I quote) go tare it up .. and also that this rogue had all the bells and whistles possible that a rogue came with for the year, and that if we didn't like it then a rogue wouldn't be for us... I very much appreciated the honesty about the car in that.. he answered all of our questions about it before and after we returned.. with being funny, personable, and honest.. then we test drove the Santa fe .... rogue walked all over it... but I didn't want to settle on the first car we drove.. told this to jermey he said... not a problem.. I wouldn't want to either.. he gave me the car fax on the rogue and his card and told us to call with anything he could do for us.....I have been in sales before .. as a rule of thumb if you let the people leave ... they are not coming back. . But still NO pressure from jermey... we then went to all of the dealerships in madison. ...zimbrick was very nice to us but didn't have the right car for us.. everywhere else.. PRESSURE. ..PRESSURE... AND MORE PRESSURE... After looking EVERYWHERE. ... We went back to Wilde.. Jermey not only remembered us and the car we we looking at but remembered why we were looking in the first place and other story's we had told him... like I said very personable. ... my wife was nervous (she is always nervous with big buys like this) but jermey was able to calm her down by just honestly making her laugh.. in a nut shell it was THE BEST experience I have ever had at car lot... oohh ya the person who wrote up our loan..Peter I beleive.. was very personable also.. and was great...so now fast forward a day ...I was showing the new car to my nephew and he tried the sunroof button.. it didn't work.. I called jermey about it ... he said not a problem just bring it in... as soon as I got there there was jermey, and he told me not to worry and to talk to the service guys about it...so I go back there and the sunroof kinda was working... would move a about an inch every time you hit the button... Mike Spellman told me there again not to worry... he got on the phone talked to his mechanic.. he asked for the keys and asked me to please enjoy some coffee in in there waiting room.... 10 mins later he finds me.. was a simple reset button .. but still the reasuring, and helpfulness of him was awsome .... I HIGHLY recommend Wilde Honda to anyone looking for a new car that doesn't want to get pressured into somthing that they really don't want, and to anyone looking for a lot that will stand behind the vehicle they sold you.. thank you wilde for giving us such a great car buying experience. . Recent Purchase of Honda CR-V My wife, and I, are both 66 years old, and we had never previously purchased either a new car, or a new truck. We would typically pay $5K - $10K for o My wife, and I, are both 66 years old, and we had never previously purchased either a new car, or a new truck. We would typically pay $5K - $10K for our previous vehicles, typically with 100,000+ miles on them, and then drive them until they die. As an example, I purchased my wife's previous car (2008 Ford Taurus) in 2011, from one of my clients, for $5K. It originally had 150,000 miles on it, and when it died 2 weeks ago, it had 225,000 miles on it. Over my 50+ years of driving cars, I tried to avoid doing any service work, related to any of our vehicles, with any car dealers because all of my previous experiences, dealing with car dealers, were negative. My wife's car died 2 weeks ago, during our annual move between our 2 homes, that are located in Grafton, and Sturgeon Bay, WI. When it died, we had to rent a car to complete our annual move. We were not anticipating having to buy a new car. My wife had always wanted to drive a new car so I decided that this would be the one time, in our lives, that we would buy a new car. I extended the term of our rental car for 2 weeks, and set a goal of picking out a new car for her in 7 - 10 days. Between 1/16 and 1/23, we were able to test drive 15 - 20 vehicles that were available from 6 - 8 car dealers. Our first decision was to decide what type of vehicle that my wife wanted to buy, and then decide what Brands of the selected vehicle type that we wanted to focus on evaluating. Our final decision came down between a new 2016 Ford Escape, and a new 2015 Honda CR-V. We decided at 4 PM on 1/23 to purchase a new 2015 Honda CR-V from International Honda located in Sheboygan. We then ran into an issue - they had 3 new 2015 models available for sale but they were all white, and white was the only color that my wife did not want. I used the Internet to locate other Honda dealers, within a 2 hour drive, that had new 2015 models available in other colors. I called Wilde Honda at 4:15 on 1/23 because they had 3 additional colors available: black, brown, and grey. Eric Henderson happened to pickup the telephone when I made my 1st call to Wilde. Within 5 minutes we were able to agree on the price for purchasing a brown 2015 model. It was after we reached this agreement that my historical standards, about what to expect when dealing with car dealers, were completely blown away! Eric continued to talk with me, after I gave him my order, and when he learned more about our situation, he then proceeded to "blow me" off of my chair with an unsolicited offer. He offered to sell us a new 2016 model, at the same price as the 2015 Model, so that my wife could pick out any color that she wanted. We jumped at his offer, and she was able to choose the color that she like the most, which was the Metallic Grey color. We then started to discuss when we wanted to pickup our new CR-V, and I responded that it would likely be on Monday, 1/25 but that I would likely have to arrange someone coming with me to pick it up, because Grafton is 90 miles from Madison. He then proceeded to give me a 2nd unsolicited offer that stunned me - he offered to have our new CR-V delivered to us. I immediately accepted this offer and we agreed to talk early on Monday, 1/25, to work out all of the details, because it was now 5 PM on Saturday 1/23. We spoke, as planned, early on 1/25, and decided to schedule the delivery for Wednesday, 1/27. This gave me time to decide what accessories that we wanted added to the CR-V, which I did on Monday AM, and give Wilde time to order, and install, them. Eric then introduced to Shae, and Shae proceeded to be extremely helpful helping me choose the desired accessories, get all of the required paperwork prepared, and schedule the delivery for 10:30 AM on Wednesday, 1/27. Shae also explained that he would be available, when he delivered the CR-V to us, to spend up to 90 minutes, with both my wife and I, explaining how to use, and drive, our new CR-V. This delivery schedule also gave me the time that I needed on Tuesday, 1/26, to return the rental car to Sturgeon Bay, and to dispose of our 2008 Taurus. Shae arrived promptly at our Grafton at 10:30, on Wednesday. and proceeded to spend almost 2 hours with both me, and my wife, setting up our smart telephones, explaining the navigation options that were available to us, recommending the navigation option that we should immediately start using, and then showing us how to use all of the new electronic features, and functions, that are available on our new CR-V. Both my wife, and I, gave him a AAA for the excellent job that he did, at our home, explaining everything to us, in terms that we could understand. He has been just as responsive, and helpful, responding to our followup questions, and requests, that we had for him, after he delivered our vehicle. Both my wife and I believe that dealing with Eric, and with Shae, ended being "god sent" for us. They have completely changed our expectations about what to expect when dealing with car dealers. They completely succeeded in making our very unusual car buying experience, which was made under duress, end up to be an extremely enjoyable buying experience. This experience demonstrated to me that Wilde Honda clearly has standards for the level of customer service, that it provides to its customers, that are "miles" above all other car dealers that I have interacted with during the past 50 years. We highly recommend Wilde Honda, as a result of our experiences, and I have already highly recommended them to a long term friend, that lives outside of Dodgeville. More

Just overall grear My wife and I were in need of a car ASAP. We had visited 2 other dealerships before stopping at Wilde Honda of Madison. Before stopping at Honda we were lied to about every vehicle we viewed at every dealership, they wouldn't even allow me to take the time to look over the mechanics of the vehicles. Honda allowed me to take the car under to the garage to look over the vehicle in a warm and safe environment. Allowed me to test drive as long as needed, and I don't think there wasn't a single employee who stopped to ask if I needed anything, and even after all said and done to even congrate us on the new purchase. We got a safe and trusted vehicle from a great dealership, we will be purchasing our next vehicle here next time we are in the market. Thanks Wilde Honda, and our sales man Dan. More
