Our previous experience with car dealers has been exasperating. Our experience with Wilde personnel was personable, open and totally enjoyable. Each of the employees that were involved with our purc exasperating. Our experience with Wilde personnel was personable, open and totally enjoyable. Each of the employees that were involved with our purchase were a credit to the Wilde organization without exception. They took extra considerations after our purchase was completed to ensure our satisfaction. We look forward to buying our next vehicle from this dealership. I will never forget Charlie Condon. From the return call on Friday evening to the hours spent on Saturday at the dealership on Madisons East side. He was in the know, regarding the model I was looking for. He was helpful, but not pushy and over bearing. Over my 45 years of car buying, I must say he stands out! Made my experience at Wilde Honda, a rather pleasant day, rather than a dreaded one. Peter, the business manager was very personable, and professional. I gave him a run for the money, and he still maintained his smile and sense of humor. I will sing the praises to one and all of Wilde Honda East Towne! When in need of a new ride, I will return!! My husband and I had a very positive experience at Wilde East Towne Honda. Our sales consultant Velislav was a treat to work with. He is extremely polite and courteous and was very helpful in seeing that East Towne Honda. Our sales consultant Velislav was a treat to work with. He is extremely polite and courteous and was very helpful in seeing that our needs were met. He even came in on his day off for me to pick up my new CRV, and then stayed for the rest of the day to assist in my husband's purchase of a Ridgeline. I have never seen a car salesman go above and beyond like he did. We were also very impressed with Phil and his eagerness to make the numbers work and with Peter in how he managed to get us approved for two cars within 24 hours. I was also quite impressed with Michael's willingness to help me figure out how my bluetooth feature works. He could have directed me to the manual but he didn't. He took the time to explain and show me how it works. The facility is very customer friendly with the coffee bar, clean bathrooms, comfy lounge area with computers, tvs and toys for the kiddos, not to mention the stunning aquarium! Definitely the most positive car shopping experience I have ever had. I will gladly tell all of my friends, family and coworkers about Wilde East Towne Honda!! -Erica Anderson More

I have been a loyal Honda customer. In the past 15 years, we have owned 2 Honda vans and an Accord. We had always worked with Zimbrick, but it is nice to see there is some competition in town now. When my 98 Accord broke down, we decided to try the new Wilde dealership. We were looking for a used car in good condition with low miles. Wilde had a good selection and the prices were lower. We were fortunate to meet Charlie. He was great. He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and assist us in anyway he could. We were able to negotiate the price some with the managers, Peter and Shawn, and get a great price for a great car. Peter in finance, was very patient with me and dealing with multiple phone calls to my wife who could not be there in person at the time. They were able to get us a better interest rate than our credit union. Charlie stayed late that night to help complete the deal. The next day, he even came and picked me up from work to take me over to pick up the new car. This saved my wife from having to come into town from Mt Horeb on the far west side of Madison to give me a ride. That is great customer service. Thanks Charlie. I would definitely recommend Wilde Honda and I would highly recommend Charlie as a salesman. More

Our experience in purchasing a new vehicle was both exceptionally 'great' and excessively 'irritating'. Our salesman, Allen, was phenomenal! He met with us and took our phone calls several times over exceptionally 'great' and excessively 'irritating'. Our salesman, Allen, was phenomenal! He met with us and took our phone calls several times over a 2-week period. He also explained features clearly, was not the least bit 'pushy' (which we detest), and was professional and pleasant at all times. However, the day we took one last test drive and made a choice between the three vehicles we had been interested in, it was around 4 or 4:15pm by the time a price was agreed upon. Then, the dealership seemed dismayed that we did not wish to just make a down payment and come back another day to complete the deal, while (since we were not financing the deal) we were adament that we wanted a 'done deal' before we left (with our schedules, it is difficult for both of us to be present at the same time.) Unfortunately, we then had to wait and wait AND WAIT for the paperwork to be drawn up and Peter to meet with us to 'complete' the process--which included going over all the paperwork (GOOD) and trying to sell us extended warranties/coverages (to the tune of $1000+) that we had immediately stated we were not interested in purchasing (BAD). While I understand that is part of his 'job', he simply didn't seem to want to take 'no' for an answer and continued to explain each different variation of coverages in great detail. That caused us to become very irritated with that part of the process which kept us there until after 6pm. Needless-to-say, by that time we were tired, hungry and pretty disgusted with the place. So, while they sell a superior product and the salesmen are great (at least ours was), unless the dealership gets their 'back room' in better shape, be prepared for a l-o-n-g process! More
