She helped me pick out the Honda Accord and I absolutely love it. She was helpful, knowledgeable and at no time did I feel pressure to buy. She went through all the features on the car and had it all programmed for me when I picked it up. Eric helped Janet get the deal done. They both along with Honda credit went the extra mile to help me start rebuilding not only my life but my own credit Peter was very helpful. He explained all the paperwork throughly and didn't leave anything out. He was patient and understanding to my needs. I want to thank everyone at Wilde for making me feel like a customer and not just a number. Again. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car. It was a good experience, I was able to trade in my old Honda Civic for a new Honda Fit and could not be happier. There were only two things out of the whole process that I did not like. Both having to do with Finance, one is that they push package maintenance deals, and second when I asked how they got the agreed upon value of the vehicle the finance guy did not know. In his defense he offered to bring someone in to explain it to me and I declined, but do feel he should know the answer. Other than that everything was great. More

Friendly, knowledgable, professional, and not too pushy. He even stayed past the end of his shift to help explain the features of my new vehicle. I've had some pretty poor experiences with auto sales people in the past, but this experience was on the other extreme - very smooth and pleasant. The entire operation seems well run and professionally managed. I would definitely recommend Wilde to others looking to buy a vehicle and will likely be back again myself. Thanks for creating a dealership where that makes the buying process the pleasant experience it should be. More
