I saw the listing for the used car on Craigslist, came in, checked out the car and left with it. I appreciated the friendliness of the staff and didn't feel there was a lot of the "bull–" one might expect at a dealership. They worked well past closing time for us to complete the sale and made a few follow up calls during the weeks afterward to make sure I was happy with the car. More

Me being a new car owner not know much of anything about cars they helped explain everything in great detail so that i knew what i was getting my self into. I told them everything that i was looking for in a car and that is exactly what i got with the price range that i was able to spend. Every person there was very nice, and they even have some really nice refreshments for their customers. I would recommend anyone to go to Honda to get their car because they care about their customers, they tell the truth and they don't try to screw you over, they try to give you the best experience and that is exactly what they did for me. I will definitely be going back there when i am ready to get my next car! More

Leticia had a solid knowledge of the features and benefits of both vehicles that I test drove. In some instances, I asked questions that I knew the answer to and her responses there gave me confidence in those where I truly needed her advice. Shawn provided a very candid assessment of my trade-in vehicle. I appreciated his matter-of-fact itemization of how he arrived at their offer. It helped me to frame my expectations and led to a reasonably quick agreement. Pete was a personable guy that drew up the final documents and was able to immediately squash any feelings of buyer's remorse by declaring that he drives the same vehicle. In short, buying a car can be stressful. I acknowledge that the negotiation process is not something most people, myself included, look forward to. It was nice to feel that the listed price of the pre-owned Pilot I was interested in was reasonable. Keep in mind, however, that there is always room to make a good deal for both sides. As far as car purchases go, I feel good about providing a 5-star review on this one. More

Great car buying experience Chris was great to work with! Nice guy, friendly and genuine. Everyone we came into contact with at the dealership was friendly and accommodating to our 2 young daughters who were with us. We bought a used vehicle. There was no pressure and Chris really worked at getting us the best deal. Peter in finance was also great to work with and got us a great rate. There were a few scratches on the car that they offered to repair free of charge. While our new car was getting repaired they gave us a loaner for free and took into consideration that we would need a larger loaner car to accommodate our family. Everyone was friendly and helpful at the service center. They helped take the car seats out of the vehicle so I could transfer them to the loaner car. Great group of people! I was once loyal to another local dealership, but I am now a Wilde convert. I look forward to servicing my vehicle there and will return when I am ready for another upgrade. More

BIG selection of vehicles Last week we purchased a used vehicle from Wilde. We were extremely impressed with their stock inventory which is why we made the 120 mile trip to the dealership. Overall it was an good experience. It was a very straightforward sale. A few things that were not made clear and such as some features that our van does or does not have. Also, immediately after I left the lot the tpms light came. And have had to service the vehicle. An extra $400 out of my pocket... Wish there was a way to purchase a vehicle and feeling like you made the right decision-price and quality wise. If our sales man would have worked with my budget, funny because I wanted him to take off $400. If he would have I would be feeling like I made the right choice. It was only a few extra hundred dollars, instead I got free car washes for life at a dealership that is 120 miles from my house. More

Purchase of my new Honda CR V I have bought a lot of cars in my 40 + years and this was the greatest experience I have had!!! Conor was awesome!
