Wilde East Town Honda Buying Experience I am 57, and I tend to buy high-quality low mileage used cars from individuals versus dealships, but have purchased vehicles from seven different deal I am 57, and I tend to buy high-quality low mileage used cars from individuals versus dealships, but have purchased vehicles from seven different dealerships over the years. The short story on Wilde East Town is that it was one of the best buying experiences I have had from a dealership. The longer story ... The employees really make an effort to address your needs and make the purchase process quick and painless. Communications are prompt and exceeded my expectations. I purchased a low mileage Toyota 4Runner (a vehicle I had been trying to find for several months) at only a few hundred dollars above the best price I had run across from private party sellers (sellers that I was unfortunately too late to contact to get the deal). I found the vehicle at Wilde East Town through the internet and liked the no haggle price offered on this vehicle. I knew that it was a fair price assuming the vehicle was as described. The only concern I had was, would the vehicle live up to my expectations on inspection and test drive? I found the vehicle lived up to the "immaculate" description provided over the phone. The vehicle has been great since my purchase 30 days ago. There was only a minor problem -- the rear license plate fell off because the person that fastened it at the dealership used the wrong fasteners. No big deal -- but a detail for them to learn from! This is a relatively new dealership. I believe they are only 2 years old. They are clearly working hard to earn a leading reputation. I would buy from them again. More

Sean and Peter were both very friendly and had a sincere answer for all my questions. Neither of them had the stereotypical car salesman approach; they were completely genuine and honest. I'm actually currently at another dealership at this time with my boyfriend who is in the market for a car, and the salesman we're speaking to is not being as genuine and honest. At Wilde, I test drove 2 cars. Sean was not pushy when I expressed my dissatisfaction with the first car I'd driven; he already had the second one ready for me to try out. I loved that one and the entire process thereafter was quick and seamless. I'm very satisfied with my experience at Wilde East Towne Honda. If I'm ever looking for another car, that's where I'll go. More

He then told us we needed to talk to a different salesman as we were interested in a new van. Syed then talked to us, showed us some new Odysseys. We discussed different options and prices and left. A few days later, after deciding to purchase a Honda, we continued our discussions with Syed and agreed upon a price. Several days later, a van was located and we picked it up. The entire process was low pressure, helpful and efficient. Syed spent a lot of time with us demonstrating the many features, voice recognition etc., and offered to answer all our questions in the future. We love the Odyssey! More

Great car--great price--great customer service!! It never entered my mind to go to a Honda dealership to buy a Toyota Prius until I saw an incredible Wilde Honda Prius on Craigslist. I called the num It never entered my mind to go to a Honda dealership to buy a Toyota Prius until I saw an incredible Wilde Honda Prius on Craigslist. I called the number right away and got a return call a short while later. The dealer told me all about the car that was listed online, and after talking with me for a bit he realized he had another car that might be a better fit. He suggested it to me, and when I heard about the low miles and the price they were asking, I made an appointment to come in the next day. Long story short, my husband and I bought the car a day later. Like I said, I never thought I'd get a Toyota at a Honda dealership, but I'm so glad that we discovered Wilde East Towne Honda! Not only did I get an amazing price on a Prius with incredibly low miles, I also learned all the ways Honda can help me with my "new" car. If I ever have trouble, they can service my Prius. I purchased a maintenance plan, so I never have to wait in line at Woodman's for oil changes again, or go to Sears to have my tires rotated. I also get free car washes for life. It's a one-stop shop, and that's what really impressed me. Service, maintenance, car washes, and excellent customer service...what a find, and all because of a posting on Craigslist--who knew!! More

My calls to Kyle were returned almost immediately. He was very patient with me through the decision making process...black vs. brown, lease vs. buy etc. My whole buying experience at Wilde was great, and my next car is going to be from Wilde too!
