Bad luck streaks do come to an end! This is my third purchase from a Honda dealership, but my first time buying used. I was recently in a car accident and had absolutely no want to buy or even drive a purchase from a Honda dealership, but my first time buying used. I was recently in a car accident and had absolutely no want to buy or even drive a different car... I just wanted my Pilot back. The environment at East Towne Wilde Honda was so refreshing and had a family feel, like I was getting a car from an uncle or something. I will definitely go out of my way to recommend them and plan to do any other family car buying with them in the future. My sales person was Jerry Ortega and I will forever be grateful for his patience and understanding working with me and making an experience I was dreading into a fun/exciting time and turning point. Looking forward to many years in my new rock star vehicle!! Thank you so much fellow MDX driver! We arrived just about 30 minutes before the dealership closed on a Saturday and ended up being there until almost 8pm; still Peter and Mary treated us with patience even though they have to be at other pl closed on a Saturday and ended up being there until almost 8pm; still Peter and Mary treated us with patience even though they have to be at other places and was not looking to spent their Saturday night there with us. We only were there for that long because of paper work and I do not consider this to be a lot especially with car buying. Peter worked with us to get to as close to the offer that we had in our head when we entered the dealership and appreciate it very much. We did not feel pressured into buying. We even told Mary that we wanted to check Camry at another dealership and she was understandable, only to return back to this dealership and in 20 minutes and buy the accord. I am very happy with my new car and the service given by them that my friend who was with me at the time said he will be going back to this dealership in few months to trade in his car for new if he also receives a decent offer and same exceptional level of service. More

All I can say is...AWESOME! He was very friendly and welcoming. I found my 2010 Chevy Equinox online for a great price. I rushed over to the dealership to test drive. Sean was just so great. I didn't feel rushed or pressured (nothing is worse then a pushy sales person). After my test drive we sat down and crunched numbers. He was trying everything to get me the note I was looking for and the trade in price for my 2008 Kia Optima. After two hours of number and waiting to hear back with a better offer. I had to go home with nothing. I returned today 10/01/13 and left with my car! Peter (last name unknown) in the credit area. GREAT as well. He spent 2 hours talking to banks and working on getting me a great rate. I love my new car and had a great experience with Wilde Honda East Towne. I cant stress how AWESOME Sean was. He put in work without being pushy and explained everything as he was doing it. More

Everyone was a pleasure to work with at Wilde East Towne Honda. Their facilities were much more convenient and handicap accessable than others I've been to. Jose really impressed me with his knowledge on the vehicles as well. Jose even went as far as to bring the vehicle to my home for me to view after I'd seen it at the dealership. Shawn was also a pleasure to deal with as he made the transaction as easy as possible for me and took my time into consideration. Pete in finance only added to the pleasure of my experience, he got things done promptly and got me an EXCELLENT rate on my vehicle. I even got a chance to meet their Finance Director Ann who again was very polite and kind. The entire team at Wilde impressed me by conforming to my handicap to make the deal as easy as possible for me. I would say they went the extra mile and I definitely got a great deal on my vehicle as I priced it at many local dealerships. I would 100% purchase from Wilde East Towne Honda again and would recommend anyone else do so. Jose will see me again for my next purchase! More

I went in looking to buy a 2001 Rav4, unfortunately the car wouldn't start. We were able to start looking for other cars in my price range and were able to find a 2007 Pontiac Torrent.
