Ryan Santos is the man!!! My husband and I went looking for a bigger SUV now that our family has expanded. We didn’t need to upgrade but thought if the price was right a Chevy traverse or Honda Pilot would be nice as we’re not ready to succumb to the minivan yet. Ryan came out in the rain and the mist and greated is warmly. He was personable, knowledgeable, and made us feel comfortable from the start. We never felt pressured or smothered as some sales people can make you feel. We ended up loving the traverse after test driving it and figured we could talk numbers but we’re not walking out of here with a new car unless Pinebelt cheverolet gave us a deal we couldn’t pass up. Well now we have a new 2018 traverse. Ryan was such a pleasure to work with along with Pete from finance that I told Ryan we’ll call him when we’re ready for our next car. Thanks again to everyone at pinebelt Chevy for making this such a great experience! More

Avoid at ALL COSTS!!!! went to this dealership over a month ago. I was interested in hearing more about the Pull Ahead Program. The salesman talked to me about the program went to this dealership over a month ago. I was interested in hearing more about the Pull Ahead Program. The salesman talked to me about the program and told me he could get me into a new lease. I told him I would get back to him. Throughout the month I decided to finance instead and ended up back at the dealership. I went in and told him that I wanted to buy out my lease, as my bank did not give me enough to cover the buyout. He sat down with me and ran numbers for the lease buyout and getting into a Certified Pre-Owned. He gave me a price for both and the manager said the numbers were correct. I left and came back a couple hours later and told them I wanted the buyout. They quoted me $284 for the buyout as my monthly payment. I did the credit application and waited. About 2 hours later, I was told that the buyout would not work without money down. They also could not get me into the Pre-owned either. He looked into getting a new one for the same price of my current lease. Around 7pm, I had spent just about the entire day at the dealership to be told I could not do the buyout, Pre-owned, or new and had to wait until Monday to hear back from the banks about the approval. The salesman told me he would text me by lunch time on Monday. On Monday, I did not get a text by 1:30pm. I sent a text and was told he needed more time. I waited another hour and tried to reach out again. I ended up calling and getting told I would get a text in 10 minutes with a deal. 2 hours later, I received a text that the deal was $60 over what I was told. I wasted 2 whole days trying to get a deal done, and got nothing but the run around and over 10 credit inquiries. I was not able to get a car with the features I wanted for the price I needed. My best advice is don't waste your time dealing with this dealership. I had two others give me exact deals via email and gave me real estimates of what they could actually do for me instead of bringing me in and wasting my time. More
