We visited Metro Lexus and spent several hours over two days looking at Lexus. The salesman, technology specialist, and other dealer employees were all very friendly and helpful. What was most impressive though, was their knowledge of the product. Go to just about any American automobile dealership, start asking questions or ask questions while pointing at buttons and knobs, and it won’t be long before “I don’t know “. You better be determined if you go here because you will have to ask a lot of questions before you stump their employees. They are the most knowledgeable car salespeople I have encountered in my 40+ years of car buying. Additionally, I’d add that every last one of them believes 100% in the product they sell, the service they provide, and the dealer they represent. More

Outstanding service I have never owned a Lexus and walked in by myself one evening to learn more about them. Rob Sprosty attentively listened to my car buying history an I have never owned a Lexus and walked in by myself one evening to learn more about them. Rob Sprosty attentively listened to my car buying history and then sat with me for just a few minutes to introduce me to Lexus. He knew to allow me to take one out for a drive to show me why I might want to consider buying/leasing a Lexus. He gave me just enough information, did not "hard sell" me and welcomed me to return when the time was right for me. I then returned with my husband a few days later to find that Rob was busy with another customer. Pete Mapp, Vice President, immediately approached us to offer his assistance while Rob finished with his other customer. My husband and I test drove the vehicle that Rob selected after hearing of the options important to me. From that point on, Rob, Pete and General Manager, Michael Gleydura, answered all of our questions and offered us a very reasonable deal on the car that I ultimately purchased. It was honestly the best service I have ever received - I felt as though they truly appreciated my willingness to consider and purchase one of their vehicles and that they will continue to meet all of my needs. More
