Almost 1o years ago I met Jim Parolisi in the service department at Audi of Burlington. Not only was he very smart and polite, but he made me feel welcome. He was easy to deal with. He spoke to me in ter department at Audi of Burlington. Not only was he very smart and polite, but he made me feel welcome. He was easy to deal with. He spoke to me in terms that were understandable. He is still the same. He is a perfectionist and customer advocate. He always has a loaner vehicle and has even picked up my Audi from my home and dropped it off when the service was complete. Jim reviews everything that was done and prints out a copy for me. I have always had top notch work and treatment. Almost 10 years later and he is still the best.
