I met Connie when I reached out about one of their vehicles, and she quickly impressed me with her responsiveness. She promptly visited the vehicle and sent me a detailed video walk-through. Being in sales myself, I’m quite particular about who I choose to work with when making a big purchase. After meeting Connie, I knew she was the right person to help me. She has a warm, genuine spirit, and we shared plenty of laughs and great conversations during the process. What a privilege and an experience to work with such an above and beyond team at Lexus of Akron-Canton! For 10 years I was driving my car and knew that it was about time to upgrade and choose a vehicle th above and beyond team at Lexus of Akron-Canton! For 10 years I was driving my car and knew that it was about time to upgrade and choose a vehicle that suits me. I have an auto mechanic I normally would have to visit and asked him some car companies that he recommends. Without hesitation, he immediately told me Lexus and a few others, but what stood out to me from his words were dependability, reliability, and class. My wife works with the Cleveland Guardians and she told me about meeting the general manager Pete at an event she was hosting. I reached out to him and I can tell there was a genuine sincerity and interest in me immediately as a potential customer and told me to come down and see their line of vehicles. I met with Pete and he couldn’t have been more professional and helpful with the choices and directed me to some choices for me to see. He then introduced me to his sales woman Kristen Barrett and immediately we connected from her bubbly and outgoing personality! When we discussed all the options, Kristen was attentive, knowledgeable, and fun to work with! I was introduced to some models but the one I truly fell for was the Lexus rx500h fsport. I was able to drive a model and knew right away that this is the car for me. After meeting them, I knew I had to look at other options out there just to make sure I wanted to get the right car for me. After going to other dealerships, there was no other dealership that I worked with that made me as welcome and excited as I was with Lexus of Akron-Canton. I reached out to Kristen and decided to follow my gut and my heart and decided to go with the Lexus rx500 fsport. When I ordered it, there was ~1 month to wait to get the car. During that period, Kristen was always available to answer any questions I had with nothing but positive answers and reassurance! When I arrived today to pick up my car, they literally rolled out the red carpet for me. They immediately welcomed me and had the whole team at Lexus walk me to my car with no joke a red ribbon and a sheet covering the car to await the big reveal! When they pulled the sheet away, the immediate thought was I made the absolute right choice! I was then given very detailed instructions with the new technology by Drew, who was very thorough and knowledgeable about the vehicle. He also assured me that of all the cars to choose from Lexus, that this was his first choice which reaffirmed my choice. When I drove it home tonight, I felt nothing but an amazing feeling inside. Thank you to Pete, Kristen, Drew, and the whole team at Lexus of Akron-Canton for making me feel like a part of your family. I am a dentist and am in the customer service business and I must say I truly felt special. Thank you so much!! I’m still waiting to wake up from this dream LOL More
