I recently purchased a new Lexus RX 350 from Lexus of Akron-Canton, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Connie, my sales consultant, was absolutely fantastic to wo Akron-Canton, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Connie, my sales consultant, was absolutely fantastic to work with. She was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on making sure I found the right vehicle for my needs. She took the time to answer all of my questions, walked me through the features of the RX 350, and made the whole process feel relaxed and enjoyable. Ruth in the finance department was equally impressive. She was professional, informative, and very helpful in explaining all of the paperwork and options clearly. She made sure I understood everything and helped make the financing process smooth and stress-free. Pete, the general manager, was also great to work with. His involvement and willingness to make sure everything went perfectly really stood out. Overall, the team at Lexus of Akron-Canton delivered an exceptional car-buying experience.
