My appointment was at 10am and after me 5 cars waiting for service, everyone they took in and mine last . I was telling to the people that who is taking my car for service no one answered properly. It was for service, everyone they took in and mine last . I was telling to the people that who is taking my car for service no one answered properly. It was so disappointing moment. So what the point for taking appointments if no one is there to help. Now next time this was happen then I have to switch to different services center. Also after service done they did not put the sticker when to come back for service and how much mileage, so I think they need to be improve the customer service properly. Otherwise they loose good customers.. not satisfied this time service More

The FreemanToyota dealership has a service department you can trust. My service advisor tells me the services recommended and explains what would be done. Freeman is one of the best dealerships that I have worked with, I have bought two RAV4‘s from Freeman and they always made me a great deal. HORRIBLE! ! WAS CHARGED OVER $800 MORE THAN WE BUDGETED FOR BECAUSE SERVICE WAS COMPLETED THAT WE DIDN'T APROVE NOR NOTIFIED ABOUT!! So our $2,100 budget ended ! WAS CHARGED OVER $800 MORE THAN WE BUDGETED FOR BECAUSE SERVICE WAS COMPLETED THAT WE DIDN'T APROVE NOR NOTIFIED ABOUT!! So our $2,100 budget ended up costing us closer to$3,000 now all other responsibilities we have will be late including rent!! I have asked a manager to contact me in regards to this service at either 817-420-3850 or twheeler803@gmail.com but have yet to be contacted. Not only were there double charges on our quote for the same jobs, but since I caught that I guess the next plan was to repair things we didn’t request. A service for $2100.00 that was budgeted for ended up being $2626.00+ and this was not due to anything we did!! I wasn’t upset until I got home and ran the numbers also noticing that the $189.00 diagnostic fee wasn’t removed from our total as promised!
