Freeman is one of the best dealerships that I have worked with, I have bought two RAV4‘s from Freeman and they always made me a great deal. HORRIBLE! ! WAS CHARGED OVER $800 MORE THAN WE BUDGETED FOR BECAUSE SERVICE WAS COMPLETED THAT WE DIDN'T APROVE NOR NOTIFIED ABOUT!! So our $2,100 budget ended ! WAS CHARGED OVER $800 MORE THAN WE BUDGETED FOR BECAUSE SERVICE WAS COMPLETED THAT WE DIDN'T APROVE NOR NOTIFIED ABOUT!! So our $2,100 budget ended up costing us closer to$3,000 now all other responsibilities we have will be late including rent!! I have asked a manager to contact me in regards to this service at either 817-420-3850 or twheeler803@gmail.com but have yet to be contacted. Not only were there double charges on our quote for the same jobs, but since I caught that I guess the next plan was to repair things we didn’t request. A service for $2100.00 that was budgeted for ended up being $2626.00+ and this was not due to anything we did!! I wasn’t upset until I got home and ran the numbers also noticing that the $189.00 diagnostic fee wasn’t removed from our total as promised! The service on our car was quick and simple. All of the cost were explained upfront. However, I do not appreciate the attempts to upsell us on other service options. I know the dealership views this as informing me of the status of my automobile, but this is masking the true Intent of the dealership which is to upsell customers on service they don’t necessarily need.
