So happy with the excellent customer service I received when getting an inspection sticker with my 3 year old daughter at Colonial Cadillac last week. This was the best experience I've ever had in anything dealing with a vehicle of mine. It was quick and easy, we got to go inside and sit in the waiting area and while there an older gentleman who I think may have been a mechanic let my daughter sit on my lap for a minute inside the 76 Cadillac convertible they had in the showroom. That made her whole day! And Peter is the best! He brought out my credit card to me that I had unknowingly lost and someone had found on the floor and generously, he even had my car washed for me after the inspection sticker was done! I will gladly be coming back in the future! More

Unfortunately, it was rather difficult to get the status of the vehicle repair this time. I understand that the service adviser was sick and out of the office, but I wished someone else would follow it up of the vehicle repair this time.
