Pheaon was so helpful. He sold us our Corolla back in 2020, since we had a baby last year we have thought about trading it in for a SUV but didn’t know if it was possible. I was very surprised with how easy and fast this process was. Normally you’re in the dealership half , if not the whole day. The customer service was great. Phaeon and Seth (spellcheck? ) were both so incredibly nice! We throughly enjoyed dealing with both of them it they could not have been any kinder and fun. We had a great time wit ) were both so incredibly nice! We throughly enjoyed dealing with both of them it they could not have been any kinder and fun. We had a great time with them. There’s one thing that I really did NOT appreciate and that’s that it was a huge gut punch for me to be handed the car fax right after I sign all the papers for my ‘new car’ (it only had about 1000 miles on it so it truly seemed new for me) and see oh by the way it was in an accident. I totally understand it’s my fault for not asking for it before hand, I chalk it up to it being my first time buying a car and I definitely won’t make that mistake again. But I was going to buy a 4runner that night either way, wether it was the one I bought or the black one that was out front of the dealership that we originally came to look at, etc. It just cast this very negative feeling like I had just unknowingly made a huge mistake. So I went from super excited about my car to feeling nauseous all the way home and always feeling in the back of my mind that I made a bad choice. I would have appreciated total transparency so I could have used that to decide which one to buy, because like I said it wasn’t going to stop me from picking one out, it just was so depressing to find out after I sign everything. That’s just my two cents! Otherwise it was a good experience, and I’ll know not to let that happen again in the future! More
