After my mom bought her third Hyundai from Phil, I found my third Hyundai at Darcy online. My process with them was super smooth, from the moment I emailed inquiring about the car, to setting up a test driv my third Hyundai at Darcy online. My process with them was super smooth, from the moment I emailed inquiring about the car, to setting up a test drive with Phil, to working with them on making the deal happen. There were some technical issues (not their fault, a huge storm knocked out power for the whole Chicagoland area) but Phil and the team were in communication with me the whole time. I love my new car and feel super confident that my fourth Hyundai will be from Darcy (but not for at least six years haha) I live on the way north side of Chicago, so I have to make a special trip to come down to Darcy, but I'm more than willing to do it. I always feel welcome, comfortable, and taken care of when I do. Everyone is amazing, from their service department to Mike, Phil, and Zach in Sales, there is a real difference with Darcy. Darcy is the best Hyundai dealership in Chicago, hands down. More
