At Darcy's their customer service is impeccable. From the time we came in till after we bought our car we were treated like family. Phillip was very patient with me and extremely knowledgeable. I was not afraid to ask questions and at no point I felt being talked down to. He took me for several test drives and explained available options for each SUV. I feel like Phillip tailored my new ride specifically to my needs and wishes. I am confident that I got a great deal on my SUV and fair compensation for my trade in. Mike C. Was there to answer any questions regarding my financing and which route would best suit my needs. Everyone I encountered was helpful and very professional. Before I left Phillip even showed me the service department. This is my first Hyundai and if anyone can back their product up with 10 year warranty I feel confident in my purchase. And my new Tucson is absolutely stunning. More
