Phil and Jennifer were very helpful in regards to getting the service as well as helping with the refund. However, there was one individual who was unpleasant when it came to getting a refund out back on my the service as well as helping with the refund. However, there was one individual who was unpleasant when it came to getting a refund out back on my card.
