It is important to have a repair shop that listens to your issue, and ask enough questions to quickly determine what the issue might be for the repairs to be done fast, and efficiently. The repair shop team works well together, and smoothly gets things done to the customer's satisfaction. If any overlooked issue arises afterwards, they cheerfully make it right. Always polite, professional, and friendly, everyone does a great job, and most importantly, keeps the customer informed of any unforseen items that are found, and offer solutions that can be done, if wanted. The last time that I had an appointment to get my car fixed, Sue made a miracle happen when it came to getting a window regulator for my old 2007 Mercury Grand Marquis. My car was repaired within two hou fixed, Sue made a miracle happen when it came to getting a window regulator for my old 2007 Mercury Grand Marquis. My car was repaired within two hours while I waited which was quite convenient for me because I live far away. I can depend on Colonial Ford to fix my car when my local mechanic isn't able to handle the repair. The Service Department at Colonial Ford has taken care of me and my car for over five years now. So far, every time that I have needed service from Colonial Ford I have left the dealership as a satisfied customer. I can't say enough good things about Sue, Phil, Jennifer and Rob. More

The Service Department at Colonial is EXCELLENT. Bob and his crew are helpful and accommodating. The service on our Ford vehicles is always done right the first time at a reasonable cost.
