He always answers the phone very friendly and is so helpful! He helped make a terrible experience at another dealership an extraordinary experience at his dealership. This is the only place we will take our Ford now! Also, we live very far from the dealership, but are going the extra drive for great quality service! Bob really goes the extra mile that I’ve never seen anyone at a dealership before. I highly recommend! More
