I LEASED A NEW 2014 MAZDA CX-9 AT WANTAGH MAZDA. THIS IS MY FAMILY'S 3RD CX-9. OUR 1ST CX-9 WAS A 2009 MODEL THAT WAS REAR-ENDED IN A 7 CAR COLLISION IN JUNE OF 2011. THAT VEHICLE WAS A TOTAL LOSS, BUT BOTH MY FAMILY'S 3RD CX-9. OUR 1ST CX-9 WAS A 2009 MODEL THAT WAS REAR-ENDED IN A 7 CAR COLLISION IN JUNE OF 2011. THAT VEHICLE WAS A TOTAL LOSS, BUT BOTH MY SON & HIS GIRLFRIEND WALKED AWAY FROM THE ACCIDENT WITHOUT A SCRATCH. WE ARE VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE SAFETY ATTRIBUTES OF THE CX-9 AND I WOULD RECOMMEND IT FOR ANYONE LOOKING FOR A FAMILY VEHICLE. From the moment my husband and I decided to trade in our old Chevy for a new car I was dreading the process. We had just leased a new car last year. The entire process took five hours, we met with multiple people, had to deal with the whole back and forth for the "lowest price" only to have the price change when we went to sign the paperwork. While I love the car, I told my husband if I never go through that again it'll be too soon. I went on dealerrater and was determined to find a dealer who was different. I came across Wantagh Mazda and was impressed by all of Phil's positive reviews so I figured I'd give him a call. I'm very happy to say that none of his praise has been exaggerated. As I was telling my sister-in-law, if we had bought the car from family, the process could not possibly have been more relaxed and stress free. I cannot overstate how impressed I was with Phil Puleo. He was never pushy, explained everything thoroughly, the price was exactly as we had agreed and he went out of his way to get the color we wanted from a dealer in CT. All of the paperwork was ready when we went to go pick up the car. We finished the paperwork and he went over the details of the new car and that was it. I couldn't believe it was so simple and we were actually done. We never met with anyone but Phil and he never once tried to upsell us on anything. The car itself, a Mazda6, is beautiful, very comfortable and drives very well. Phil gave us a great deal and I would definitely recommend Phil to others looking for a new Mazda. The dealer reps were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I was at the dealership 3x. The first time was to get info and pricing on multiple vehicles. Both Vin and Phil were helpful in assisting and answering questions. The second time I went for e test drive and made a commitment to the Mazda 6. The third time Dave helped me finalize all the paperwork and I drove away in my new 2014 Mazda 6. The entire process took no more than 2 hours with/at the dealer during my entire 3 stops and test drive. I was never pressured and was treated like I was family throughout the entire process. As soon as I was ready to commit, they made the final paperwork quick and painless. This has been one of the most pleasant experiences I have had buying/leasing a new car. This was not the first time dealing with Wantagh Mazda and certainly will not be the last. We have also recommended other friends and family to look at Mazda and many of them were just as happy when the purchased at Wantagh Mazda. More

Phil was great to work with! When I first arrived, I wasn't sure which car I was interested in, so he walked me through the show room and went through the details of each car I was interested in. Phil was very knowledgeable, kind and not at all pushy as other salesmen were from other dealerships. Any questions we had about the car were answered ever before we had the chance to ask them(i loved this p other salesmen were from other dealerships. My husband and I purchased the CX-5 Touring in navy blue with beige leather with the Tech package, 1/18/14, and it is just beautiful.
