It's my 4th car from them in the last 5 years and I've had 3 other mazdas on top of that. A 626, 2 miatas, a Mazda 6 and our third Mazda 3. Victor is great! I simply go in knowing what I want, know what I'm gonna spend and he makes it happen. Can't make it easier then that. 1 visit to look and run the numbers, 2 phone calls to arrange details and insurance cards and were picking up our car at a time convenient to us. We use their service dept but don't get to go very frequently because theses cars just don't fail. We use their coupons and get our oil changes done easy peezy no muss no fuss. Our daughters don't even mind going to take the cars in. They just hang out a bit and in a short while and are on their way. I recommend anybody looking for a car to just do their homework and sit down with them. You'll be happy you did. Did I say victor is great...... He is. :) More

He has always treated us like family and does not pressure you into buying a certain model car and lets you test drive any car you want so then we could decide before he works up the numbers. He spends time going over all the features and even set up the bluetooth for us. It is a pleasure working with him and the rest of the staff and makes leasing a car simple without playing games by going back and forth many times for a price like other dealerships do. I have been to Wantagh Mazda 3 times over the last 2 years (I only purchased a vehicle this last time, 2 weeks ago) and each experience has been wonderful and completely stress free. They want your business, have a great product to sell, but they won't pressure you and they don't play games. Just bought a 2014 Mazda6 Touring with manual transmission from Wantagh Mazda. My salesman, Phil Puleo was terrific throughout the entire transaction. I never felt so comfortable during a new c transmission from Wantagh Mazda. My salesman, Phil Puleo was terrific throughout the entire transaction. I never felt so comfortable during a new car transaction as I felt here. Both my wife and I were treated with respect and intelligence and we never felt pressured or "sold" to. Phil went out of his way to let us thoroughly test drive the car of our choice, as we were buying a car with a manual transmission which is a rare animal around these parts. He didn't have one on the lot, so he called me the moment he had one in so we could take it for a test drive. He simply handed me the keys and said, "go have fun and take as much time as you want." After we decided that we loved the car, the negotiations went just as easily. We wanted a different color than he had on the lot, but he said "no problem" and he would locate our choice from another dealer. There was basically no haggling as right off the bat Phil offered me a very fair price for my trade-in, a very fair asking price for the car, 0.9% financing for 60 months and a an additional $500 Conquest rebate from Mazda. Delivery went smoothly as well with all my ordered options correctly installed and no paperwork snags. NO pressure. Just a fun, relaxing and satisfying car buying experience. This dealer should run classes for all the other HORRIBLE car dealers out there. Again, I HIGHLY recommend Phil Puleo and Wantagh Mazda. More

When I walked into Wantagh Mazda I was actually happy to see that it was a small intimate sales floor. Victor took me out to test drive the CX-5 and not once did I feel like he was pushing the car on me. see that it was a small intimate sales floor. Victor took me out to test drive the CX-5 and not once did I feel like he was pushing the car on me. He just let me drive and we talked...he has a great personality. When we got back Phil sat down with me and wrote down every pricing detail, down to taxes and DMV charges. In the end, the monthly payment he told me was the monthly payment I got. He even worked with me a bit. There is no back room that they disappear into and leave you sitting there by yourself. No hidden charges, no gimmicks, no bait and switch. Everything and everyone is out there in the open. I met with Kenny to finalize my financing and paperwork, and he was not the typical "Finance Guy", meaning he was a pleasure to work with. Not once did I feel pressure to buy from anyone on the staff. I made 3 trips, and the total time spent there from test drive to ownership was 2 hours. The icing on the cake...my beautiful new Mazda CX-5! Victor even sat in the car with me and went over every button. I'm a very happy customer. More
