Raffi made the whole purchase experience enjoyable. He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable all the way through the transaction. My initial contact on the phone was Nadeem. He was so friendly and helpful on the phone, that we made the drive over from Santa Cruz to see if we could find a car. On the following Saturday (after our purchase on Wednesday) I had to come in to purchase a second key fob and programming, and Phil in service made me feel like I was dealing with a buddy, rather than just a service writer. And Fawad in finance made the transaction easy and explained everything really well. All in all, a VERY enjoyable experience. More

This is my 2nd time having the same vehicle serviced at this dealership and experienced customer service issues on both visits. The first time the technician failed to reset my service light prior to provi this dealership and experienced customer service issues on both visits. The first time the technician failed to reset my service light prior to providing the vehicle to me. The second service, my car was already parked outside the service area because it was finished, but I never received a call to let me know it was finished. I ended up waiting 30 minutes longer for my car. I ended up walking over to the service advisor, who of course says “I was just going to call you”. More

I went for an oil change and I was told that my 2017 Prius Prime had a recall and that my car was un-drivable and it needed to get fixed so they gave me a rental car and they had my car for a week. I ca Prius Prime had a recall and that my car was un-drivable and it needed to get fixed so they gave me a rental car and they had my car for a week. I called a couple of times to ask about my car but they weren’t able to give me a good solid answer other than they were waiting for some parts and that the airbags were not working. A couple of days after I was told that my car was ready and when I asked about what was the problem, they said that there was no problem with my car but that they were trying to fix a Prius 2010 that I no longer own for almost 10 years. Somehow they got mixed with the year and model of my car and nobody caught it. It’s a funny experience but at the same time for some other people this could cause unnecessary stress. More

I have been a loyal customer of Toyota Fremont since the car was purchased from them but recently my car’s front bumper back covering sheet came off , I took it to Toyota however Toyota service advisor aske car was purchased from them but recently my car’s front bumper back covering sheet came off , I took it to Toyota however Toyota service advisor asked me to go to outside body works and when I went to ZAC body works as suggested , those guys asked me to go to Toyota parts and order the parts and then go back to ZAC but this could have been suggested by the service advisor when I took the car to Toyota , as it would have saved time and effort. NOT THE SAME CUSTOMER SUPPORT AS EARLIER ☹️ More
