Mr. Philip Stravers quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and called and paid Lyft for my ride Home within minutes. Mr Stravers has ALWAYS been very knowledgeable, courteous, dedicated and professional. Mr. Stravers and his Team are always VERY accurate in the time and date of the estimated completion date. He is also extremely proactive in addressing future concerns regarding my Car. I really appreciate his superb Performance. I bought this Car over 20 years from Fremont Toyota and have approximately 240,000 mile on it. With regular maintenance, the Car has been OUTSTANDING with very minimal corrective maintenance.
