Phil understood the purpose of my servicing and was precise in getting my car issues addressed. He called me to inform when the car was ready for pick up and provided details on fixes done. I would have appreciated if I would have been offered a ride back home and a pick up. I was told the minimum bill for that has to be $500 but that was not the case before and was the only disappointment during this visit. More
