Kyle the preowned service manager is wonderful to work with and very kind. My car ended up being swapped out with a vehicle I absolutely love, it’s fully loaded and they matched my price. That’s how WONDERFUL these people are. Phil, my salesman, and Ken, the preowned manager worked absolute magic. I have no idea how they did it, but they DID. I AM SO PLEASED. Phil is so great y’all, ask for him!!! As if I thought I couldn’t have a better experience... I get a call from Jacob that works at Bill Utter Ford, he says he saw my name on the schedule to sign paperwork and would love to grab me STARBUCKS for my visit!!!!!
