What exactly was done for a $900 reconditioning charge? I was told that they didn’t wash, detail, or service the car because normally the same person who leased the car buys it out. Well they were aware that was not the case for this purchase. My family has bought/leased 6 vehicles from Bill Ray Nissan. In the future, we’ll be going to another Nissan dealer. More
