Service advisor was great. The only problem I’m having is I had the tensioner changed and new belt installed and my vehicle makes a loud squeal upon cold start up. The recent experience at the dealership was okay. Not completely satisfied with the service. There was a software update for the audio system. That software update did not work. I still have the same Not completely satisfied with the service. There was a software update for the audio system. That software update did not work. I still have the same issue , of the audio system not wanting to boot up right away. This is very frustrating, for a 30k vehicle that is only 2 years old. My next car will probably not be a Toyota. Phill Crabtree was a nice fellow, my problem was not with him personally. My issue is the Toyota factory radio is awful. More

The Service center is outstanding! Phill C. my service advisor went beyond and above helping me showing up at 3:15 with a battery light.
