The new thing is that instead of calling you they sent you a text message of what the technician found on your vehicle with pictures and recommended service which is a good thing and you need to approve which service you want. It just took a longer time for me to get an update when my vehicle was done with the service but overall good service. I can say prices went up but because of convenience I still chose to go here.
