I found the dealership to be easy to work with as we selected our preferred model . The process of getting the car took much longer than expected and, unfortunately, we missed out on several year en selected our preferred model . The process of getting the car took much longer than expected and, unfortunately, we missed out on several year end incentives. We wanted a color combination that is less common, therefore it took about four weeks for the car to arrive. The day of the car purchase was really arduous, and the finance manager did not seem interested in moving quickly. I would definitely give low marks for the day-of process. More

I went in for the first oil change on the car I had bought there this summer. The service was very smooth and took less time than projected. Gor a notice of a recall - called to schedule and was told that they had to order a part, and I should wait a week and then come in. Did that - brought it in and after arranging transportation and resche told that they had to order a part, and I should wait a week and then come in. Once we figured out my extended warranty, the service team could not have been better or nicer. My vehicle required extensive repairs and although parts took a long time, Nikko kept me updated along the team could not have been better or nicer.
