Dear General Manager, I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding my recent purchase of a 2026 Hyundai Kona from your dealership. When I purchased the vehicle, I was informed that there w disappointment regarding my recent purchase of a 2026 Hyundai Kona from your dealership. When I purchased the vehicle, I was informed that there was an open recall requiring a replacement part. I was told the repair would take approximately 10 days to two weeks before I could take delivery of the vehicle. Based on that information, I agreed to move forward with the purchase. Since then, I have received very little communication. I had to repeatedly contact the dealership myself just to ask for updates, and each time I received different or vague answers. Today, I visited the dealership in person seeking a clear timeline. Instead of receiving one, I was told that it could take another two or even three months before the vehicle would be available. Had I been told this before signing the paperwork, I would not have purchased this vehicle. Meanwhile, I have already started making loan payments and paying for insurance on a vehicle that I have never been able to drive. What was even more upsetting was the way I was treated during today’s visit. During a phone conversation with another manager, I was accused of “lying” when I was simply explaining what I had been told during the sales process. I also overheard the manager instructing another employee to “kick them out” if I did not calm down. Being spoken to this way, especially as a customer who is simply asking for honest information, was shocking and completely unacceptable. I understand that recall repairs can sometimes cause delays, and I do not blame the dealership for circumstances beyond its control. However, I do expect honesty, transparency, consistent communication, and respectful treatment. Unfortunately, none of those expectations have been met. I respectfully request that you review my experience, investigate how this situation was handled, and contact me as soon as possible with: * A clear and honest update regarding the status of my vehicle. * An explanation of why I was given conflicting information throughout the process. * A resolution that is fair, considering that I am paying for a vehicle I have not received. * A response regarding the unprofessional treatment I experienced during my visit. I hope your dealership values its customers and will take this complaint seriously. I look forward to hearing from you soon and hope we can resolve this matter professionally. More

I took my car to be repaired for an oil leak/burn. when I went to pick up my car the A/C was not working but it worked fine when I dropped the car off. I didn't remove the car from the dealership, and when I went to pick up my car the A/C was not working but it worked fine when I dropped the car off. I didn't remove the car from the dealership, and I was told that it wasn't their fault and I have to pay a new Warranty deductible because they closed the work-order in their computer. I got the car back a few days later and it has been running badly since. I seemly like the motor timing is off or that it is mis-firing. I am going to have it checked by another mechanic before I bring it back the dealership. More

Our experience at Gregory Hyundai was absolutely exceptional from beginning to end. After spending four days testing different vehicles and exploring our options, we can confidently say this dealers exceptional from beginning to end. After spending four days testing different vehicles and exploring our options, we can confidently say this dealership truly stands out because of its people. A huge and sincere thank you to Dan, our sales representative, who went above and beyond in every possible way. Dan was incredibly patient, attentive, knowledgeable, and never once made us feel pressured. He genuinely cared about helping our family make the best decision, and his dedication, professionalism, and servant-hearted attitude made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. You can tell he doesn’t just sell cars—he builds relationships and creates trust. Gregory Hyundai is blessed to have someone like Dan representing their dealership. We also want to recognize Felix for his kindness, attentiveness, and support throughout the process. The entire team treated us with respect and care, always valuing our time and making us feel welcomed. And a very special thank you to Branko, the Financial Director. Branko made our experience truly unforgettable. The way he served us, guided us, and genuinely cared for our family was beyond anything we expected from a dealership experience. He made us feel valued, cared for, and important—not just as customers, but as people. His integrity, wisdom, professionalism, and personal attention are rare to find today. He is the kind of leader every dealership should hope to have. Because of this incredible team, buying our vehicle became more than just a transaction—it became an experience we will remember and talk about for years to come. If you are looking for a dealership that genuinely cares, serves with excellence, and treats people the right way, we highly recommend Gregory Hyundai. Thank you again, Dan, Felix, and Branko, for making this such a special experience for our family! More

Service at Gregory Hyundai is getting worse every time I visit. Had to make two appointments on line because couldn't combine recall & routine service requirements into one appointment. Was told service w visit. Had to make two appointments on line because couldn't combine recall & routine service requirements into one appointment. Was told service would be done in 2.5 hours. Ended up lasting 4.5 hours. Informed the service department I was going to go for run on bike trail next to garage while waiting & they could text or called if needed. Received text while running which included link to recommend service requirements. Called service deptment to verify requirements. Found out the link I recieved via text was incomplete. Told person to go ahead with service but I did not want tires rotated. Finished run & returned to Gregory Hyundai. Talked to service to get clarification on the service requirements. Found out the text link was extremely incomplete. Was getting huge 'bait & gouge" vibes on this whole process. Asked for an estimate to total cost. Was given a amount . . was more than I was expecting . . but that was OK. Asked if the estimate included taxes. "No". Kinda expected that because at this point I felt I was getting 'played' by service department. Asked if the estimate include a tire rotation. Was told "Yes". Reminded them I specifically asked NOT to have tires rotated. Waited another 2 hours before service was completed. Was informed at check out there was a 2% service charge for credit cards ($25 in this case). Wish I would known that up front. Guess that is par for the course at Gregory . . 'keep the customers uniformed'. Was escorted to my car. Noticed a panel of some sort laying on the floor board. Had to have service department person installed the panel. This was my third visit to Gregory Service Department . . each visit gets worse. Based on this visit, TRUST is a problem ('bait & gouge'), CARING FOR THE CUSTOMER is a problem (I asked specifically not to rotate the tires) , and QUALITY OF SERVE is a problem (didn't properly finish the job by not reinstalling a panel cover . . very shoddy). Was a bad experience. Definately had a 'taken advantage of' feeling during this visit. I feel this is a management/leadership problem. That said, for all the runners out there, the bike trail adjacent to Gregory Hyundai is awesome! More
