Had an appt and they didn’t know I was coming - yet got several reminder text- took 2.5 hrs for. 1-2 hr xx just to see what they needed to do to fix horn and tailgate lift. Then forgot me for over an hr af several reminder text- took 2.5 hrs for. 1-2 hr xx just to see what they needed to do to fix horn and tailgate lift. Then forgot me for over an hr after they told me they were done and just making the estimate. When I went to xx- they had gone to lunch. Without a word to me. Uggggg. My time was not valuable at all to them More

Subaru of LR has been excellent up to our last visit for an oil change and tire rotation. All four rims on our 2024 Crosstrek were damaged during the tire rotation. They should have notified us of the damag an oil change and tire rotation. All four rims on our 2024 Crosstrek were damaged during the tire rotation. They should have notified us of the damage since it is very visible but we found it later ourselves. We currently have a request filed to have the four rims repaired to the condition they were in before the rotation. We have not had any complaints with any service on this or our previous Crosstrek. More

Love my dealership, Melanie, who sold me the car, the service technicians. One thing that I have a problem with is the 3% surcharge on using a credit card. That is unfair. I chose Subaru because of the r service technicians. One thing that I have a problem with is the 3% surcharge on using a credit card. That is unfair. I chose Subaru because of the reliance of the vehicle and have kept all the service on it. I feel like I am being punished for having to use a credit card. And 3% is really high anyway. So, that’s all I got to say about that. More
