Phil snyder, one of the salesman at Videon, was extremely helpful and very friendly. I have visited at least 6 other car dealerships in my search for a new car. Many of the car salesman at these other dealerships were very pushy, which made me feel uncomfortable. When we walked into Videon and met Phil, it was such a relief! Phil was extremely knowledgable about all the cars at Videon. He was able to answer all our questions and help us through the process. When I emailed him with questions, he always responded shortly after. We will definitely be back to Videon to see Phil, as my fiance will need a new jeep in the next year! I would highly recommend you see Phil Snyder if you decide to go to Videon!! What a great experience! More

Videon is by far the very best overall dealership I have done business with, which is why I have bought 4 from them in the last few years ( My last purchase a 2015 RAM last week ). My sales person Phil Snyder was excellent. He is very knowledgable about the products he sells, and goes above and beyond the call of duty to help. I could tell he genuinely cares, and wasn't just going through the motions. Jim Ballezzi was instrumental in getting my deal done, could not have done it without him. Thanks Jim!!! Allsison in the finance department was great going over my lease. Steve Videon - the owner is routinely on the showroom floor and thanked me personally for my business. Tim handled all the financing and warranty details quickly and professionally. The company I work for does all the aftermarket work for them, remote starters window tint, back up cameras etc. and outfitting all the police cars they sell.
