Best Buying Experience When I was looking for my new Renegade, I went online through Jeep.com and pinpointed the Renegade I wanted. As luck would have it, it was at Videon. When I was looking for my new Renegade, I went online through Jeep.com and pinpointed the Renegade I wanted. As luck would have it, it was at Videon. The process was extremely easy, the price was better than TrueCar or Costco, and the entire process from start to finish was painless and almost too easy to believe. I was able to come in, sign my paperwork, and get out of the door in less than an hour. I will definitely recommend working with the dealer again to anyone who needs a new Jeep, Chrysler, or Dodge. These people go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of from start to finish. More

Great, Fair, and easy to deal with I drove over an hour to Videon because they were so easy to deal with over the phone. We came in and bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee (limited) and trade I drove over an hour to Videon because they were so easy to deal with over the phone. We came in and bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee (limited) and traded in our car. They were fair and easy on the price of the car and trade. We worked with Phil who was great. Overall, everyone made the experience easy, stress free, and we ended up buying a car. I have to note that the dealership was straightforward with the whole process and didn't do all the "sales games". There was no xx and it was a pleasure doing business with Videon Jeep Dodge Chrysler. More

Phil snyder and Natasha Kramlich worked tirelessly to find us our car. We went there on a Tuesday afternoon and drove off the lot with a 2016 jeep wrangler Friday around 1p.m. Phil even came in on his day off to get the deal done. Everyone involved made this a very pleasant experience. Will definitely deal with this dealer again. More

I bought a car on my lunch break! It was that easy! I had a great experience at Videon Chrysler Dodge Jeep. I worked with Phil Snyder and Marge Gibbons. I met Mudge the gentle giant the roams the sales I had a great experience at Videon Chrysler Dodge Jeep. I worked with Phil Snyder and Marge Gibbons. I met Mudge the gentle giant the roams the sales floor and I purchased my 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan in less than three hours. I started my search for my 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan on Saturday, August 22, 2015 at another Dodge dealership. I had a trade, money down, and a decent credit score. That dealership was able to get me financing but didn't have any of the Caravans I request. They showed me everything BUTY what I wanted: a Dodge Grand Caravan. Note: There were several Dodge Caravans with various option packages and prices listed on their website. I ended up leaving that dealership on Saturday with no vehicle. I went home Saturday and checked that dealers website again and found even more caravans. I e-mailed the sales person and he informed me that they didn't have what was listed and could not get it. Fast forward to Monday, August 24, 2015. I went on Dodge's website and found the vehicle I wanted at Videon! They had my Caravan listed on their website - the color I wanted, the options I requested, a price point that I could live with! I contacted Videon and spoke to Phil Snyder. I was very salty with him. I immediately demanded to know if they had the vehicle. If they would honor the price on their website, we talked about my trade, my ability to get financing, my previous experience and based on that conversation: I came into Videon less than an hour later. Phil said he would meet me outside and he did. He kept every promise he made to me through out our conversation and transaction. My experience was completely positive. They had the vehicle advertised at the price point advertised. They appraised my trade. I don't believe I could have down better with my trade (it was a rough one). Phil presented me with information in a very straightforward - transparent way, so that I understood what was happening - before we ran my credit and/or discussed financing. The previous dealer tried to make it seem like my they gave me more for my trade. Phil actually brought me a paper with all of the numbers broken down, so that I could see exactly what I would be getting for my trade and paying for my new vehicle. He even gave me some ideas about where my payments would be. Long story short: I bought my van in less than 3 hours start to finish. I had a great experience. I felt like they wanted to sell me the vehicle I wanted. I worked with Marge in Finance. She had all of my documents ready. Again, it was a very straight forward experience. I kept waiting for the 'other shoe' to fall because the process was so easy. My payments ended up being better than expected. They saved me money where they could and the way they did business with me was very transparent. Bottom line: These are good folks. They have what they advertise and I believe based on this experience that if they didn't have what I wanted - they would have gotten it for me. I recommend this dealership! I hope they will forgive me if I forgot to name anyone else in this review. More

Phil snyder, one of the salesman at Videon, was extremely helpful and very friendly. I have visited at least 6 other car dealerships in my search for a new car. Many of the car salesman at these other dealerships were very pushy, which made me feel uncomfortable. When we walked into Videon and met Phil, it was such a relief! Phil was extremely knowledgable about all the cars at Videon. He was able to answer all our questions and help us through the process. When I emailed him with questions, he always responded shortly after. We will definitely be back to Videon to see Phil, as my fiance will need a new jeep in the next year! I would highly recommend you see Phil Snyder if you decide to go to Videon!! What a great experience! More

Videon is by far the very best overall dealership I have done business with, which is why I have bought 4 from them in the last few years ( My last purchase a 2015 RAM last week ). My sales person Phil Snyder was excellent. He is very knowledgable about the products he sells, and goes above and beyond the call of duty to help. I could tell he genuinely cares, and wasn't just going through the motions. Jim Ballezzi was instrumental in getting my deal done, could not have done it without him. Thanks Jim!!! Allsison in the finance department was great going over my lease. Steve Videon - the owner is routinely on the showroom floor and thanked me personally for my business. THE OWNER, where does that happen, ahhh, no where but there. Talk about customer service, nice touch Steve, THANK YOU!!! More
