No pressure, no "let me go see my manager" tactics and no misinformation. Most importantly they LISTENDED to what my wife and I wanted and then made it work. They didn't try to sway us into buying something we neither wanted or could afford. They treated us with respect and the utmost in professionalism, from Phil and Matt in Sales and Allison on the Finance side. The owners/management of Videon Dodge should be proud and be commended for having such an extraordinary staff. I never knew buying a new vehicle could be so easy, painless and enjoyable. Just like the offer stated, I got handed that exact price. I was not hassled or tricked into something different. I did tweak a few of the options I wanted, but that was not pushed by anyone. The sales guy Phillip really knew his stuff and I would for sure recommend him to anyone looking for a Chrysler product. Im sure all the sales people are great at this dealer, Phillip was the only one I dealt with so thats the only one I can give an opinion on. The general sales Manger Matt, made sure everything was going well and it was much appreciated. I also communicated with Jim through email and in the beginning of gather thing information. He was also great and quick with answers. The last person I dealt with Marge in finance, she was also a enjoyable part of the process. My wife, doing her homework, already knew what we wanted and they were more than happy to present exactly what she had researched. Phil knew his inventory and was very knowledgeable in similar vehicle comparisons. We decided the vehicle was exactly what we wanted only lacking one item, a back up camera. This was no problem because they had a solution, a local vendor who could install it at our convenience. Deal done, no pressure trying to sell us something we didn't want. Paperwork was smooth and hassle free too. Allison took her time and explained accurately and completely everything we were signing. Overall, everyone made the experience easy, stress free, and we ended up buying a car. I have to note that the dealership was straightforward with the whole process and didn't do all the "sales games".
