He worked very hard to help me walk out with a brand new 2016 Jeep Patiot. He walked me through setting up the Bluetooth on my car, also walked me through the new dashboard of the car. If you go and he is there I definitely recommend speaking with him. Allison Eggert was also very friendly, she made the process very smooth and very funny. She talked with me the whole time I was in there and walked me through every step of the paperwork, super super friendly and polite. If I could give 10 stars I would. Excellent Dealt with Phil Snyder for this purchase. Everything went exceptionally well. Started talking to him in June when my other car was in for service. Dealt with Phil Snyder for this purchase. Told him we wouldn't be ready to buy until Sept but he still took the time to show us everything on the Grand Cherokee. He gave us a call in Sept (that's when we asked him to call us) and we took a test drive and bought the Jeep. Great price, great service, no pressure. Couldn't be happier with the dealership. More

I pretty much knew what I wanted and I wasnt in the mood to haggle much, just wanted a good price and the vehicle equipped as I wanted. Salesman Phil was direct, pleasant and easy to deal with. I was given what I felt to be a good price (I dont do a whole lot of back and forth because after all the salesmen have to make a living too) They dealer-traded to get my exact Wrangler and I picked it up 2 days later. During the loan closing I wasnt pressured to buy all the aftermarket items, I told them I wasnt interested and other that showing me what was required they took no for an answer without pestering me (I still had to atleast view aftermarket products). I felt very confident with Videon & Phil and will certainly bring my business to them in the future. More

Phil Snyder greeted me with a warm smile as he held the door for me. I told him I was just looking into my options and outlined my "must have" features as well as the price range I was comfortable with. He didn't miss a beat. Phil immediately went to the exact right Jeep for me. It had the features I wanted and many, many more. And the total cost was lower than the price range I gave him! I was blown away. The product (and price!) aside, I couldn't have been happier with my experience at Videon. It can be intimidating to walk into a dealership but I felt like every member of the team there sincerely wanted me to feel comfortable. They're so friendly and professional. I decided to lease the Jeep Phil showed me (2016 Jeep Compass High Altitude) and I'm so glad I did. As I was going through the paperwork, I was already messaging my friends to recommend Videon. This is my 5th vehicle lease/purchase and I can honestly say it was the best experience I've ever had. They are customer-focused, honest, friendly, and showed a high level of professionalism and integrity. Knowing I had to turn in my old lease and start the process over again made me nervous but the team at Videon far exceeded my expectations. More
