Great Service Purchased a new 2018 ES 350 from Tony Rucker. We began thinking about the car purchase due to talking with Tony while in for a tire replacement on ou Purchased a new 2018 ES 350 from Tony Rucker. We began thinking about the car purchase due to talking with Tony while in for a tire replacement on our 2017 ES. We had a large nail which destroyed the tire. Phuong helped us with the replacement of the tire. Always excellent service from the service department. We normally deal with Derek Bishop on routine service and both service reps are excellent. We returned later to talk with Tony and decided to trade in our 2014 Lexus for a 2018 Lexus. We are extremely pleased with the new car as well as our 2017. Tony helped us with both transactions and is very knowledgeable on the technology and operation of the features. More

Phuong called to update me on the status of my car and the condition of my brakes. He returned the car in showroom condition. He had it cleaner than when I purchased it. Great Service I live a thousand miles away from Santa Barbara and drive west frequently. I need a CA Lexus dealer that I can count on, and DCH Lexus is excellent.
